NU-GEL® is a transparent hydrogel containing sodium alginate. It creates a moist environment on the wound that facilitates natural autolysis processes, while the alginate component increases its absorption capacities. It moisturises dry tissue and promotes the removal of necrotic tissue. NU-GEL® is recommended for necrotic and fibrinous wounds as well as for chronic wounds.

Biosorb ™ is a soft, comfortable non-woven dressing made from CMC (carboxymethycellulose) fibres and non-gelling cellulose reinforcing fibres.

Biosorb™ dressings are recommended for moderate to heavy exuding acute or chronic wounds:

  • Leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers
  • Pressure ulcers (stage II to IV)
  • Surgical wounds, traumatic wounds and malignant wounds

Partial thickness burns (second degree)

Tielle® is an adhesive hydrocellular dressing made up of three layers: a polyurethane foam, an absorbent non-woven layer, and a polyurethane top film. Tielle® dressings can be used on light to moderate exuding superficial or deep wounds:

  • Pressure ulcers
  • Ulcers (venous, arterial, mixed)
  • Diabetic ulcers
  • Donor sites
  • Minor burns

Tielle® Lite is an adhesive hydrocellular dressing with a perforated, non-adherent film, providing comfort for patients with stiches and staples.

Tielle® Lite dressings are recommended for the treatment of non- or light exuding wounds:

  • Superficial pressure ulcers
  • Epitalialising lower limb ulcers (venous, arterial, mixed)
  • Diabetic foot sores
  • Donor sites
  • Surgical incisions
  • Acute wounds

Tielle® Silicone Border is a flexible, comfortable silicon hydrocellular dressing. The combination of LIQUALOCK™ technology and flexible adhesive minimises the risk of leakage and maceration while allowing gentle removal.

Tielle® Silicone Border dressings are recommended for light to heavy exuding wounds:

  • Ulcers (venous, arterial, mixed)
  • Diabetic ulcers
  • Donor sites
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Post-operative or traumatic wounds

Effidia® is a cream in which hyaluronic acid is the main component.

This cream, also available as a pad, is recommended for the treatment of skin irritations and lesions:

  • Acute and chronic wounds (abrasion, graft harvesting sites, surgical incisions, first- and second-degree burns)
  • Vascular and metabolic ulcers
  • Pressure ulcers
EFFIDIA Family

Actisorb® is a dressing composed of activated charcoal (naturally absorbs the molecules responsible for odour) surrounded by non-woven layer. Actisorb® dressings are recommended for the treatment of all chronic wounds, including:

  • Ulceration and cancerous growths
  • Diabetic ulcers
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Venous, arterial and mixed aetiology ulcers
  • Traumatic wounds
  • Surgical wounds

Adaptic® is a non-adhering dressing composed of a cellulose mesh soaked in a vaseline emulsion.

Adaptic® dressings are recommended for the treatment of dry to very heavy exuding wounds:

  • First- and second-degree burns
  • Lacerations and abrasions
  • Grafts
  • Venous ulcers, pressure ulcers, nail extraction, eczema
  • Sutures, staples, incisions, and surgical reconstruction

Adaptic Touch is an interface dressing composed of a cellulose acetate mesh covered in a layer of micro-adhesive silicone designed to optimise exudate management and minimise pain during dressing replacement.

Adaptic Touch dressings are recommended for the treatment of dry to very heavy exuding wounds:

  • Ulcers (venous, arterial, mixed)
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Diabetic foot sores, traumatic wounds, surgical wounds
  • Donor sites
  • First- and second-degree burns

Adaptic finger cot is a non-adhering dressing, made of a silicone mesh, with a double tubular bandage, specially designed for finger wounds.

Adaptic finger cot is recommended for moderate to severe lesions on the fingers.

Tetravit is an absorbent dressing with an absorbent core and an outer non-woven cotton covering layer. A non-woven layer placed in the backing makes the dressing waterproof but breathable.

Tetravit dressings are recommended for protective dressings, exudate absorbing dressings, covering heavy exuding wounds, and protecting superficial wounds.

TETRAVIT

Tetratul® is a sterile paraffin gauze dressing, consisting of a piece of 100% cotton hydrophilic small mesh gauze coated with paraffin. Tetratul® is indicated for superficial wounds, burns, dermabrasions, granulating wounds, dry to heavy exuding wounds. It can be combined with various secondary dressings: swabs, absorbent dressings, or bandages.

Tetraplaie® is a self-adhesive non-woven polyester dressing on which an absorbent non-adhering pad is centred.

Tetraplaie® is recommended for light to moderate exuding wounds, such as surgical wounds, cuts, and abrasions. It can also be used to maintain a catheter in place.

TETRAPLAIE

Tetraplaie Film® is a sterile self-adhesive transparent polyurethane dressing with an absorbent central pad that does not adhere to the skin.

Tetraplaie Film® is recommended to cover lightly exuding wounds: superficial wounds, surgical wounds, and cuts. It can also be used to maintain a catheter in place.

Tetrafilm® dressings are composed of an elastic transparent polyurethane film that is permeable to oxygen and water vapour but impermeable to liquids, and atraumatic. It promotes wound healing by creating a moist environment thanks to its semi-permeable membrane.

Tetrafilm® can be used to:

  • Maintain tubing, catheters, and other pieces in place.
  • Secondary dressing to maintain swabs, alginates, hydrogels, foam dressings, etc.
  • Protection of different types of superficial wounds with a low level of exudate
  • Small incisions and exereses, lacerations
  • Protection of the catheter insertion point
  • Keloid or hypertrophic tissue
  • Prevention and treatment of stage I and II pressure ulcers
  • Abrasions and first-degree burns
  • Donor sites
  • Acute and post-surgical wounds, abrasions, and blisters
